pomodoro: 326/365

When I was in Provincetown last month, I was looking at a house that was being renovated about a block from where I stay when the door to the restaurant next door, which was for sale but which I’d heard had been bought, opened. And what to my wondering eyes should appear–but the owner of one of our favorite restaurants.

Yes, the food from the Pomodoro on Hanover in the north end of Boston is coming to Provincetown this spring!

And right this minute Cal and I are in Boston–he wanted to eat at the Pomodoro for his birthday–which we did tonight. I had the white bean pasta with arugula; he had the baked cod as usual. That was after the antipasto and the fried calamari and before the tiramisu… We’re in the city for the weekend. It’s 45 degrees and clear.
